The Agroforestry for Sustainable Livelihoods, Biodiversity, and Climate Change (ASILIB-CC) programme
initiated by Vi Agroforestry is designed to improve food and nutrition security, foster sustainable
livelihoods, ensure gender equality, and bolster resilience among smallholder farmer families while
promoting biodiversity conservation and climate change mitigation. Taken together, these efforts will
strengthen civil society. The programme will run from the year 2026 to 2028.
The overall objective of this programme is to improve smallholder farmer families’ food and nutrition
security, sustainable livelihoods, gender equality and resilience, while enhancing biodiversity
conservation and climate change mitigation.
